羅氏鮮減肥藥要注意

台大醫院家庭醫學部主治醫師姚建安指出，因羅氏鮮的作用，主在抑制腸胃道對油脂的分解、吸收，會致排油便，故對日常飲食常需大魚大肉等高油脂攝取的人，較有幫助。但缺點就是會造成脂溶性維生素，舉凡A、D、E、K等跟著流失，因此有使用羅氏鮮的病人，後續需要再補充前述維生素，建議一天補充一顆綜合維生素即可。
 
高雄縣藥師公會常務理事陳映伶亦說，羅氏鮮因會排油便，造成皮膚、內臟或眼睛等器官乾乾的，因此需再補充油溶性維生素。且藥師陳映伶強調，藥物羅氏鮮主要是針對把民眾現在正在吃大餐油脂排掉，並無法去掉已堆積在民眾身上肥肉，要民眾別太仰賴藥物的效果，且別有病態的減肥想法。
