Organizing screenshots for work: what actually helps?

Hello. I use screenshots regularly as part of my work - documenting issues, saving references, keeping track of discussions and ideas. Over time, this has resulted in a large number of screenshots mixed in with personal photos. The built-in Photos app doesn’t offer a very efficient way to manage or retrieve work-related screenshots when they’re needed. I’m trying to understand how others approach this problem. Do you rely on a specific workflow or tool to manage work screenshots more effectively?

Hey. I had a similar situation and didn’t want to overcomplicate things. I started using an app called Captr mainly to keep screenshots separate from personal photos. It’s simple, but it made it easier to find work-related screenshots when I need them.
